Gwenaelle Hamelin has over 20 years of experience in human resources, coaching, and psychological support, currently serving as ´¡²õ²õ´Ç³¦¾±Ã© at AW Conseil since June 2012, specializing in the prevention of psychosocial risks, workplace quality of life, and remote work solutions. Prior roles include Psychologist working with professionals facing stress and burnout, Consultant and Coach at Uside focusing on stress prevention and RPS diagnostics, and HR Business Partner at AREVA NP managing multicultural project teams. Earlier in the career, Gwenaelle held HR positions at ALSTOM and Intelligent Sales Objects, alongside recruitment responsibilities at 3M.
