Amy Lim has a strong background in partnerships and engagement within the social enterprise sector. Amy is currently the Director, Partnerships at AVPN since August 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager, Partnerships at AVPN from February 2020 to July 2023. Before joining AVPN, Amy worked at RAISE SG where they held various roles. As the Senior Manager, Partnerships & Engagement (Team Lead), they developed strategies to drive awareness and support for social enterprises, conceptualized and managed the Social Enterprise Week, and led sponsorship/fundraising efforts. Amy also served as the Manager, Public & Sector Engagement, leading the planning and implementation of events such as FestivalForGood and the President's Challenge Social Enterprise Awards. Amy's earlier experience includes working at the Social Enterprise Association as an Assistant Manager and Senior Executive, where they focused on expanding membership, organizing networking events, and developing programs to support social enterprises. Amy also briefly worked as a Research Assistant at the Ministry of Education of Singapore.

Amy Lim obtained their Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Psychology from The University of Queensland, from the years 2006 to 2008. In addition, they completed the GRI Certified Training Course based on the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards in April 2018, which was conducted by the National Center for Sustainability Reporting.
