Tom Nordlie is a seasoned professional in sports coaching and consulting, currently serving as Veileder i Avonova Helse at Avonova Norge since April 2022. With a diverse career spanning over two decades, Tom Nordlie Consulting has been operational since January 2000, providing lectures and coaching in business and sports, focusing on leadership and pedagogical involvement. Extensive experience includes serving as a mental coach for renowned athletes Ada and Andrine Stolsmo Hegerberg, commentating and analyzing sports for NRK Sporten, and holding various coaching positions across several football clubs such as Odd, VÃ¥lerenga, and Avaldsnes IL. Tom holds a UEFA Pro License and multiple degrees in sports coaching and adapted education from the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences.
