Debra Darling is an accomplished design professional and sales leader with extensive experience in various roles spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Sales Leader and Independent Representative for Avon since December 2023, Debra also operates as the Design Director at Darling Design since May 1990. Previous positions include owner and property manager at Blue Oasis, a luxury accommodation in New Zealand from September 2009 to September 2020, and co-owner and property manager at CDMT, LLC from June 2009 to May 2019, where responsibilities included renovations, accounting, and marketing. Debra has worked as a freelance designer for notable companies such as EK Success, Hartz Mountain Corporation, and Toys R Us, and held the title of Design Director at Horizon Group USA. Debra holds a BFA in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design - The New School.
