Carolina Freire is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in brand management, currently serving as the Global Motherbrand Lead and Global OmniChannel Activation Lead at Avon since October 2012. Previous roles include Global Senior Masterbrands Manager & Digital Lead for Fragrances and Global Senior Brand Manager for both Fragrances and Face Care, where Carolina launched innovative products and led training programs. Prior to Avon, Carolina held positions at Danone as Brand Manager for Activia in Brazil and Product Manager for Danonino, along with earlier roles at American Express, Samsung Electronics, and Box 1824 Planejamento e Marketing. Carolina's academic credentials include a CAM Diploma in Digital Marketing from LS Business School and a Bachelor's in Marketing from ESPM, complemented by a Post Graduation in Business Administration from FGV.
