Natalie A'bear is an experienced sustainability professional with a strong background in environmental science. Currently serving as Sustainability Manager at Avon Protection plc since September 2017, Natalie previously held roles as Business Intelligence Analyst and Graduate Trainee within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Site Environment Technician at The Hills Group Limited and Environmental Technician at MJ Church Ltd. Natalie's early career also featured a research position at the University of Southampton, contributing to sustainability projects. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Southampton between 2012 and 2015.
