Paul Hamilton is an experienced leader in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as President of Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement at Avon Protection since March 2023. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Operations Strategy, Transformation, and Operational Excellence at Smith+Nephew, and Vice President of Global Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement at Ultra Electronics Group, where strategic 3-5 year plans were implemented across multiple plants. Paul also held senior positions at American Trailer World and Xylem Water & Wastewater, focusing on lean manufacturing and operational strategies. Early career experiences include leadership roles at Luminant and various operational positions at Toyota, both in North America and Japan. Paul holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication Disorders from San Jose State University.
