Dianne Le has worked in the marketing and sales industry since 2002. Dianne began their career as a Marketing Manager at MyClik, Inc. in 2002. In 2005, they joined Dr Pepper Snapple Group, where they held various roles including Shopper Insights Manager, Large Format, Consumer Insights Manager, Brand Equity & Social Media Impact, Associate Shopper Marketing Manager (Acting Manager), Associate Brand Manager, Snapple, and Business Development Analyst, Fountain Foodservice. In 2015, they joined Avocados From Mexico as Director, Shopper Marketing. In this role, they led a team to develop and execute National Omni-Channel Shopper Campaigns, Key Account-Specific Commercial Plans, Digital/Social Media Activation, and Partnerships. Dianne was later promoted to Associate Director, Shopper Marketing & Partnerships, where they were responsible for Shopper Insights & Analytics to drive demand and build brand equity.
Dianne Le has a Bachelor of Science in Journalism - Strategic Communications from The University of Kansas. Dianne has also obtained a Masters in Journalism - Marketing / Business Administration Minor from the University of North Texas. In 2018, they completed Executive Education, Leadership from the NYU Stern School of Business. In 2020, they completed Executive Education in Developing a Culture of Innovation from the Yale School of Management. In 2021, they obtained certifications in Leadership Coaching Strategies from Harvard University and Women of Excellence 2021: Business Excellence Award Winner from the Path to Purchase Institute. Lastly, they are due to obtain a certification in The Art and Science of Innovation from Kellogg Executive Education in September 2022.
