Berdia Monk is an experienced professional in network communications and audio-visual technology, currently serving as an Audio Visual Technician 3 at Northrop Grumman since August 2021. Concurrently, Berdia holds the position of Lead Technical Specialist and AV Lead Tech at AVMS, responsible for the installation and coordination of crew responsibilities while maintaining high customer service standards. As the Lead Photographer at Autumn's Eye Photography LLC since January 2012, Berdia provides a wide range of photography services. Previous experience includes serving as AV Production Manager for the American Association of Airport Executives, where responsibilities included organizing AV equipment and video production, as well as working as a Technician at PSAV, managing diverse teams in various event settings. Berdia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Management from Frostburg State University, completed in 2014.
