Eve Thibault is an experienced human resources coordinator currently employed at Avjet | TSAS since October 2022, responsible for the complete staffing cycle, including job descriptions, candidate selection, and recruitment strategies. Previous roles include coordination of assignments at Radio-Canada, where Eve established weekly scheduling for around 160 employees, and administrative support during the COVID-19 vaccination efforts at CIUSSS de la Capitale-Nationale. With experience in event production and staffing at various organizations such as Carnaval de Québec and Festival d'été de Québec, Eve has developed strong skills in budget management, recruitment, and team supervision. Eve holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Université Laval and additional education in stage management and recreation intervention.
