Chandra Mouli Ramani has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Currently, they serve as the President and CEO of Aviwell, a biotech and data science start-up focused on developing healthy natural solutions for animal growth. Prior to this, they were the Chair of the Board of Directors at Horsepower Technologies, a medical device and SaaS startup combating equine lameness. Mouli also worked as a New Venture Fellow at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they assisted entrepreneurs and startup companies in refining their business plans and raising capital. Chandra Mouli held the position of Senior Executive in Business Development at Scout Exchange, a cloud-based software start-up revolutionizing talent acquisition. Additionally, they provided commercial and business development guidance for oNotes, a Harvard spinout specializing in sensory experiences. Before that, they held leadership roles at Lilliputian Systems/ Nectar Mobile Power, NextWorth Solutions, Inc., Polychromix, Jasmine Network, and Nortel Networks, where they gained extensive experience in business development, sales, marketing, and strategic planning.

Chandra Mouli Ramani completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering (CE) from the Royal Military College of Canada/Collège militaire royal du Canada in 1992. Chandra Mouli then went on to pursue further education, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on International Business from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business between 1997 and 1999. In 1998, they also attended Columbia University for an Executive Education program, where they gained expertise in Leadership and Advanced Management Skills.
