Helen Martin Lawlor is an experienced HR executive currently serving as Head of People & Culture at Aviva General Insurance Ireland since November 2022. Prior to this role, Helen has held several prominent positions at Bank of Ireland, including Head of HR for Business Banking and Head of HR for Retail Ireland Operations and E2E Transformation. Helen's tenure at Bank of Ireland also includes leadership in the Corporate Banking division. Previous experience includes being Head of HR for Paddy Power's online business, Senior Vice President of HR Business Partnering at Citi, and Head of Employee Relations for Europe at XL Group. Helen holds a Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Irish Management Institute and a Bachelor's degree in Politics & Sociology from Queen's University, Belfast.
