Benoît Baldo is an experienced product management professional currently serving as Lead Product Manager at AVIV Group since November 2020, having previously held the position of Senior Product Manager. Prior to AVIV Group, Benoît worked at FREENOW, where responsibilities included managing the Rider App and Driver App, revamping loyalty programs, and defining user-centric features. Earlier career roles included Product Manager at Mappy, focusing on search engine development, and at JIMMY FAIRLY, overseeing site redesign and international launch. Benoît began the career as Project Manager at Fnac.com, managing advertising projects and community management. Benoît holds a Master’s degree in Product and Project Management from IIM Digital School.
