Frédéric Chambour has a diverse and extensive background in the aviation industry. Frédéric is currently working as a Consulting Specialist at SESAR 3 Joint Undertaking, where they contribute their valuable consulting expertise to the Sign-Air project, focusing on Advanced Air Mobility and eVTOLs. Prior to this, Chambour founded Avium Inc., a software company in the private aviation and advanced air mobility sector, where they led the development of cutting-edge Vertiport Operations and Management Systems.

Before Avium Inc., Chambour founded Aerocode, where they developed a revolutionary private jet search engine software that set new standards in the industry. Frédéric also worked as a Strategic Advisor and Tech Consultant at JetQuote Ltd., leading the development of technical solutions to improve private jet booking platforms.

Chambour's work experience also includes roles at Swiss International Air Lines, where they served as the Director of Business Development and M&A, driving strategic objectives within the Lufthansa Group. Frédéric was also a member of a highly skilled team that developed an aircraft path optimizer to reduce jet fuel consumption at GE Aviation.

In previous positions, Chambour served as the Chief Operating Officer at Skywork Airlines, managing critical functions such as crew planning and recruitment. Frédéric co-founded and served as the CEO of ECAIR - European Center for Advanced Inflight Recovery, establishing it as a trusted provider for in-flight recovery education.

Chambour's career began at NetJets Europe, where they worked as a Captain and Head of Airport Technical Analysis. There, they optimized operations and implemented innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experiences.

Frédéric Chambour has a diverse education history with a focus on aviation and management. In 1991, Chambour obtained an Air Transport Pilot License from the Crossair Aviation Training Center, specializing in aviation/airway management and operations. From 1993 to 1999, Chambour attended the School of Artillery - Swiss Army, earning an Officer diploma in leadership, strategy, management, and warfare.

Continuing their education in the aviation industry, Chambour pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Air Transportation from City, University of London, which they completed from 2002 to 2004. During this time, they also earned a Certificate from the European Aviation Safety Agency as an Air Traffic Control Investigator.

Expanding their knowledge beyond aviation, Chambour obtained a Certificate in Operational Risk Management, Safety Management, Human Factors, and Ramp and Maintenance Safety from the South California Safety Institute in 2000.

To further enhance their management skills, Chambour pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Global Leadership and Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management, completing the program in 2011.

Additionally, Chambour holds certifications in Air Traffic Investigation from EUROCONTROL and Aviation Safety Management from the Southern California Safety Institute SCSI, though the specific dates of when these certifications were obtained are not provided.
