Jerome Watts is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software architecture and team management, currently serving as a Solution Architect at Aviture since May 2024. With a long tenure at Nelnet Campus Commerce starting in December 2014 as an Information Technology Manager, Jerome has successfully led teams in the development of cloud-hosted services utilizing Agile Scrum methodology and a C# stack on AWS. Their previous roles include IT Manager for Mobile Development and IT Software Architect, where Jerome mentored junior developers and spearheaded Green Field projects. Prior experience encompasses positions such as Senior Java/Mobile Developer at Werner Enterprises, Senior Software Engineer at Physician Mutual Insurance Company, and Lead Designer/Developer at Lincoln Financial Group, focusing on enterprise applications and integration frameworks.
