Jan Stern Reed is an accomplished legal and corporate governance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for AVITA Medical, AngioDynamics, and Stepan Company, as well as an Advisory Board Member at Corporate Governance Partners, Inc., Jan also contributes as an Adjunct Professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law. Previous positions include Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Walgreens and Executive Vice President at Solo Cup Company, among others. Jan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Psychology from the University of Michigan.
