Troy Dehnel is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in various roles at Avista since September 2011, where responsibilities have ranged from managing development projects to overseeing substation construction and system installations. Dehnel also served as an Adjunct Professor at Whitworth University, teaching project management courses from April 2018 to June 2021. Previous roles include Branch Manager at ERRG, Project Manager at EaglePointe Construction & Management, and Project Coordinator at Graham, contributing to significant infrastructure and construction projects.
