Paul Kimmell currently serves as Chair of the Idaho Economic Advisory Council since January 2021 and has held the position of Regional Business Manager at Avista Corporation since August 2007. Prior to these roles, Paul Kimmell was a Commissioner and Chair for the Latah County Board of Commissioners from 1999 to 2007. Paul Kimmell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning and Geography from Illinois State University, obtained between 1974 and 1978, and is also a graduate of the Wa AgForestry Leadership Class 35.
