David N. has a diverse background in electrical engineering and power system management, with extensive experience at various organizations. Currently, David serves as a Transmission Contracts Engineer at Avista since 2018, where prior roles included Senior Transmission Operations Engineer and Senior Generation Electrical Engineer. From 2013 to 2018, David worked as System Planning & Operations Manager at Pend Oreille County Public Utility District. Earlier roles include Power Engineer at H2E, Incorporated, and System Planning & Protection Manager at Snohomish County PUD. David began an extensive career at Seattle City Light, taking on roles such as Electric Power System Engineer and Assistant Electrical Engineer. David is currently pursuing a Professional Science Masters in Electric Power Engineering from Washington State University, expected to complete in 2024, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Gonzaga University.
