James Anderson is currently the Managing Partner at Aviridi, a commercial real estate investor and developer in the Philadelphia suburban region. Prior to this role, James served as Principal at Tierra Capital Partners LLC, where James focused on Alternatives Investment. James also held the position of Director at Augusta Fermentation QOZB, LLC, overseeing Ingredients Manufacturing. With a background that includes being the Managing Principal at Tierra Funds and Vice President at AIG, James has extensive experience in real estate investment and asset management. Earlier in their career, James held positions at Bayview Financial, Deutsche Bank, and Arthur Andersen & Co. James holds a BA in History with a minor in Philosophy from Denison University, an MA in Intl Affairs from Ohio University, and is a graduate of Robert Louis Stevenson School.
