Tim Duhamel is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing and operations sectors. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Avionic Instruments since February 2016, Tim has successfully increased first pass quality from 90% to 99.4% through the application of Statistical Process Control tools and process improvements. Prior roles include Manager of Quality and Manager of Production at Scientific Design Company, where Tim managed quality initiatives and established production plans, respectively. Additionally, as Regional Supply Chain and Operations Manager at Sud-Chemie, Tim developed a master expansion plan to enhance manufacturing capabilities. Tim holds a Master of Science in Quality Management Systems from The National Graduate School of Quality Management, a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
