Paulius Normantas is an experienced professional in the aviation industry, currently serving as a Training Coordinator at Avion Express since March 2023. Prior to this role, Paulius was a Crew Data and Training Coordinator at Bluebird Nordic from February 2022 to March 2023, where responsibilities included gathering and ensuring the accuracy of crew training documents and managing training data within the flight operations system.
