Michela Zeme has a degree in Business Economics from Luigi Bocconi University in Milan. He works as a Chartered Accountant and Legal Auditor in Milan. She gained broad experience in tax and corporate issues of Italian Companies in the industrial, financial, insurance and banking sectors. She is Responsible of the Area ā€œGovernance societĆ  quotateā€ Centro Studi AIDC Milan, Member of the Reflection Group ā€œLa Corporate Governance delle PMIā€ Nedcommunity, Inspector for Co.Vi. So.C. ā€“ surveillance Commission for Professional Football Clubs of the Italian Football Federation (F.I.G.C.). She is Member of Boards of Directors and Statutory Auditors of listed and financial companies.
