Kristin Paulgaard is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for the Nordics at Avincis since April 2023. Prior to this role, Kristin held various positions at Hurtigruten Group from April 2019 to April 2023, including Manager of People Operations in Coastal and HR Advisor. Kristin also worked at Universitetssykehuset Nord-Norge Hf as a Rådgiver for patient pathways from August 2016 to April 2019. Earlier experience includes positions as Seniorrådgiver/Prosessveileder Lean/HR at Skatt Nord and Rådgiver roles at Skatteetatens IT- og servicepartner and Skattedirektoratet, contributing to a comprehensive background in human resources and operational management. Kristin holds a Cand. polit. degree in Sociology from UiT - The Arctic University of Norway, earned between 1999 and 2002.
