William Wulfsohn has extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as an Independent Director at Modine Manufacturing since October 2022, Wulfsohn is also a Board Member at Avient Corporation since 2011. Previous positions include former Chairman and CEO of Ashland Global Holdings Inc. from January 2016 to December 2019, Non-Executive Chairman at Valvoline Inc. from 2017 to 2018, and Board Member at Carpenter Technology Corporation from 2010 to 2015. Wulfsohn has held significant roles at PPG Industries, including Senior Vice President in Coatings and Vice President for PPG Europe, as well as Vice President and General Manager at Honeywell and various leadership positions at Rohm and Haas from 1990 to 2000. Wulfsohn holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
