Michael Praeger is the Co-Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of AvidXchange, Inc., a position held since April 2000, where the primary focus is on supporting the leadership team in decision-making regarding staffing, growth strategies, innovation, and operational excellence. Praeger also serves as the Closer-in-Chief, ensuring that investors, customers, partners, and recruits recognize AvidXchange’s value in the marketplace. Prior to this role, Praeger was the Principal and Co-Founder of PlanetResume.com from 1997 to 1999, a platform aimed at technology career advancement and recruiting. Michael Praeger holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Georgetown University.
