John Dacus, MBA, currently serves as a Customer Success Manager at AvidXchange, Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this role, John held the position of Strategic Account Manager at isolved from December 2022 to October 2023, and worked as a Digital Solutions Manager at Townsquare Ignite from March 2022 to December 2022. John’s extensive experience in the rental and service industry includes significant roles at Enterprise, where responsibilities included maximizing profits and overseeing daily operations as a Tri-Brand Branch Rental Manager, as well as previous positions as Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Management Assistant, and Management Trainee. Additional hospitality experience includes bartending at Innovation Brewing and serving as Manager and Employee at Jack the Dipper Ice Cream. John earned an MBA from Western Carolina University in 2021, following a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the same institution in 2018.
