Zachary Richardson currently serves as Corporate Counsel at Avidity Biosciences, Inc. since January 2025. Prior to this role, Zachary held the position of Senior Corporate Counsel at Chan Zuckerberg Biohub from January 2023 to January 2025, and served as Senior Corporate Attorney and Corporate Attorney at Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy from March 2018 to January 2023. Additional experience includes working as a Corporate Contract Analyst at GlobalEnglish, a Law Clerk at Edwards Kirby, LLP, and a Judicial Extern for Judge Wanda Bryant at the North Carolina Court of Appeals. Early career experience includes an internship with the North Carolina General Assembly under Representative Rick Glazier. Zachary holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
