Lyndsey Welch is a Strategic Consultant at Avid, focusing on developing and executing a new OKR program alongside executive leadership and overseeing change management initiatives. Serving as an Expert in the Primary Expert Network, Lyndsey provides strategic advice to founders and operators and facilitates access to early-stage businesses and emerging trends. Previously, Lyndsey held multiple leadership roles at Marigold, including Chief of Staff to the COO, where efforts expanded the OKR program globally, and VP of Global Business Operations, managing various teams and a $1M Salesforce CRM implementation. Additionally, Lyndsey developed customer success operations for a $135M renewable book and has an extensive background in customer success and sales roles at Emma, ServiceSource, and Ohio Northern University. Lyndsey holds a BSBA in Marketing from Ohio Northern University.
