Carlos Buchart Izaguirre is an accomplished Senior Principal Software Engineer with extensive experience in software development and academia. Currently at Avid since November 2022, Carlos previously held roles at Wallbox Chargers and STT Systems, specializing in C++ and a range of software applications, including video analysis and 3D processing. With a strong academic background, Carlos served as an invited professor at Tecnun - Universidad de Navarra, teaching courses in Operating Systems and Cryptography. Carlos earned a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Navarra and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Carabobo, complemented by ongoing MBA studies in Business Strategy and Innovation.
