Louise de Jong is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent advisory and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Talent Advisor in Engineering at Aviatrix since June 2021, Louise focuses on supporting innovative companies in cloud networking solutions. Prior to this role, Louise held a significant position at Oracle from October 2010 to June 2021 as a Senior Principal Talent Advisor, leading recruitment initiatives for product engineering across multiple business lines, including Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Other notable roles include Lead Recruiter for Microsoft through Coolhires, Independent Recruiter for oil and gas firms, and contract recruiter positions with clients such as US Physical Therapy and Amazon.
