The Regional Sales Director is responsible for the development and business results of a team of quota-carrying Enterprise RSM’s. Our RSM’s focus on closing new logo opportunities and cultivate relationships and drive growth within our existing strategic customer base. You will lead and grow a team of highly motivated, professional, and energetic sales reps that take pride in running consultative sales processes and delivering our vision to enterprise accounts across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and assist sales reps in closing highly complex transactions through the development of executive-level relationships with key prospects
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of an Enterprise team.
  • Hire, motivate, mentor and provide training to increase efficiency, productivity and skillsets of employees
  • Ensure quarterly revenue targets and monthly goals are achieved
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce data for your team and provide reliable forecast information to upper management
  • Actively engage in territory planning and opportunity development
  • Work closely with extended team of value engineering, pre-sales, services, training, legal, renewals business partners

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of experience selling Enterprise B2B solutions. Large complex deals.
  • 5+ years of Enterprise Sales management experience
  • ISV/Partner experience
  • Live in, and have strong connections / relations in the wider New York area
  • Cloud/Software/Network sales experience preferred
  • Start-up experience preferred.
  • US OTE compensation range for this full-time position is $335,000 - $400,000 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. The range displayed is the minimum and maximum target base salary and is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
