Ruthie Long is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail management and music direction. Currently serving as the Assistant Store Manager at Aviator Nation since October 2018, Ruthie successfully opened the Austin location, achieving significant sales milestones. Previous roles include Music Director at River Place Student Theatre and Acting Store Manager at Favor the Kind, where Ruthie excelled in team training, event planning, and customer relationship management. Ruthie's background also includes positions at Splendid, EVEREVE, and francesca’s®, showcasing a strong ability to lead teams and drive sales. Additionally, Ruthie has experience in music education as a Vocal Instructor and Worship Leader. Ruthie Long holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Concordia University Texas, earned in 2015.
