Dr. David Cook, PT DPT, is an experienced physical therapist and owner of Aviator Home Health since January 2015. Prior to establishing Aviator Home Health, Dr. Cook worked as a Staff Physical Therapist at Peak Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine from August 2012 to June 2013, and completed internships as a Student Physical Therapist at Baylor Institute of Rehab Outpatient Plano and Texas Health South Presbyterian Dallas Inpatient/Acute Rehab in 2012. Dr. Cook earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from UT Southwestern Medical Center from 2010 to 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry from Ouachita Baptist University, acquired from 2004 to 2008.
