Elisa Chapin, MS CSP STSC, currently serves as Corporate EHS Manager at Aviagen since March 2024, where responsibilities include leading EHS programs and ensuring compliance with regulations. Prior to this role, Elisa managed Environment, Health and Safety at Rebo Lighting & Electronics, LLC, and Kerry, focusing on the implementation of safety management systems and hazard analysis. Previous experience includes safety management positions at Huber Engineered Woods and TTI Floor Care North America, overseeing training, compliance, and safety program development. Elisa's career began with General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and spans various roles in safety and technical training. Elisa holds a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
