Jessica Si has a diverse work experience in both Human Resources and Product Management. Jessica began their career in 2018 as a TOEFL Teacher at New Oriental Education & Technology Group. In the same year, they also took on the role of Product Manager at XiaoMi Technology Co., Ltd, where they participated in the definition of camera configuration for nine projects of Redmi phones. In 2019, they moved to Beile Training School as a Recruiter. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Elex Intelligence Star as both a Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Business Partner. Currently, they are a Talent Acquisition Manager at AviaGames Inc.

Jessica Si completed a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Hebei University of Technology between 2013 and 2017. Jessica then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Public Policy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, which they completed in 2018.
