Eric Van Meter is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at AVI Foodsystems since October 2023. Previously, Eric held diverse roles including IT Support Specialist at Hathaway Brown School, Banquet Chef at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Campus Technician at GTS Technology Solutions, and Fullstack Software Engineer during an immersive bootcamp at General Assembly. Additional experience includes working as a Chef for Holland America - Princess, where Eric was recognized as Employee of the Month, and serving as a Line Cook at BJ's Restaurants, Inc. Eric graduated with a Diploma of Education in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Bradford School in April 2017.
