Jurica Mlakar is a seasoned professional in digital transformation, with extensive experience in business analysis and product ownership. As the Founder and CEO of Reserved Consultancy since November 2023, Jurica leads initiatives for global companies, ensuring effective governance and change management throughout the software delivery lifecycle. Prior experience includes serving as Business Consultants Lead at CloudSense from June 2017 to October 2023, where Jurica oversaw the strategic development of the Business Consulting Practice and managed teams across EMEA and AMER. Previously, as a Senior and Principal Consultant at CloudSense, Jurica implemented agile methodologies and provided mentorship on business analysis practices. Jurica began a career at CROZ as a lead Business Analyst and earlier worked as a Software Developer Intern at evolaris. Jurica holds an Executive MBA from Zagreb School of Economics and Management and advanced degrees in Business Systems Organization and Informatics from the Faculty of Organization and Informatics.
