Emma Peltokangas currently serves as the HR Business Partner for the Nordics and Netherlands at AVEVA since July 2024. Prior to this role, Emma held various HR positions, including People & Culture Manager at Tarsier Studios and Senior HR Business Partner at King. Emma has also worked as a People & Culture Leader for Group Functions at Kjell & Company, and a Change Manager and HR Business Partner at Ikano Bank. Earlier experience includes roles at Inter IKEA Group as People & Change Lead for IKEA Food Services AB and HR & Competence Manager, HR Business Partner at Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, Recruitment Specialist at Cybercom, and Recruiter at Massive Entertainment. Emma began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Accountancy Additions. Emma holds a 2:1 BA Hons in Sociology from the University of York, obtained in 2005.
