Denis Gomes Silva is an IT professional with extensive experience in team leadership and technical support across multiple companies and regions. Currently serving as IT Team Lead for AVEVA in Latin America since January 2021, Denis oversees IT team management in six countries, focusing on end-user services and employing ITIL methodologies. Prior to this role, Denis held various positions at OSIsoft, where responsibilities included global implementation of a SAAS VOIP telephony system and managing an office relocation project. Denis's career also includes roles at Penso Tecnologia, OKI Brasil, TLMix Construções Industrializadas, and Exercito Brasileiro, encompassing network support, user assistance, and software and hardware configuration. Denis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Univesp Oficial and a degree in Information Technology Management from Universidade Paulista.
