Amanda Diston serves as the SVP of Talent & Reward at AVEVA, bringing extensive experience in compensation and benefits across various sectors. Previously, Amanda held the position of VP of Global Compensation at Liberty Global and served as Director of Total Rewards for APJC & EMEAR at Cisco, in addition to being HR Director for Compensation and Benefits within the same regions. Amanda's earlier roles include Group Head of Reward and Operations at Towergate Insurance and Director of International Total Reward and HC Technology at UnitedHealth Group. Amanda holds a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management from Middlesex University.
