Alex Pang is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in network engineering and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Network Engineering and Operations at AVEVA since June 2021, Alex previously held various senior roles at Avaya from 2000 onwards, including Senior Manager and Chief Network and Network Security Architect, where leadership of a team of 20 network architects and engineers was a key responsibility. Alex's expertise encompasses the design and implementation of enterprise and cloud network infrastructures, managing a global converged IP network and security infrastructure for over 10,000 users, and ensuring sound network designs during earlier positions at Lucent Technologies and AT&T Bell Labs. Alex holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northwest Missouri State University.
