Hilary C. S. Glaus is a seasoned professional in property management and consulting, currently serving as Senior Property Manager at Avesta Housing since March 2022 and as a Consultant at Concord RNY Management LLC since September 2018. Formerly, Glaus managed over 1,200 units of affordable housing across various properties and supervised a maintenance team of 34 employees in New York City and Westchester County. Glaus also held a position as Bilingual Senior Project Associate at the Urban Homesteading Assistance Board, where responsibilities included training and consulting for affordable housing developers and cooperatives. Glaus holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Spanish Language and Literature from Fordham University and has also studied at La Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile.
