Brad Anderson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as President of Community Services at Sevita since September 2024 and as an Executive Advisor at Avesi Partners since June 2022, Brad has previously held significant leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group from November 2012 to September 2024, including CEO of Affordability Solutions and Chief Strategy Officer for UnitedHealthcare's Employer & Individual segment. Brad's expertise encompasses strategy development, market intelligence, and expanding healthcare benefits, with notable achievements in leading diverse teams and driving innovative health solutions, particularly in managing Type 2 diabetes care and capitation enablement. Prior to UnitedHealth Group, Brad held roles at Optum, TripleTree, and started their career as a Senior Analyst focused on healthcare investment banking. Brad holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and a BS in Finance from Boston College.
