Terri Ahlmann-Goldenberg currently serves as the Global Director of IT Learning at Avery Dennison, where responsibilities include developing and implementing learning strategies to enhance IT capabilities across the global workforce. Prior to this role, Terri held positions such as Global Manager of IT Learning at Avery Dennison, focusing on IT development strategies and leading the IT Academy program, and Corporate Training and Development Manager at K. Hovnanian® Companies, where training programs were designed for various employee roles. Experience also includes Senior Instructional Designer at K. Hovnanian® Homes, where Terri created e-learning materials for the home building process, and Store Training Specialist at West Marine, where several career development courses were implemented. Earlier in the career at Whole Foods Market, Terri held various leadership and development roles focused on designing training programs for employee skill enhancement.
