Dakota Jackson started working as a Cyber Security Analyst at Avertium in May 2021. Prior to that, Dakota served as a Cyber Security Analyst Intern at Erlanger Health System from May 2019 to May 2020.

Dakota Jackson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. In addition to their degree, Dakota has obtained several certifications from Microsoft. These certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate, and Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate. Dakota achieved these certifications in September and October of 2022.
