Kurt Aerts is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Engineering Director for Western Europe and Regional Manager for Belgium and the Netherlands at Avern since April 2016, Kurt has demonstrated expertise in overseeing operations and engineering functions. Prior to this role, Kurt was the COO at Test & Measurement Solutions Group from January 2013 to April 2016 and held similar COO responsibilities at ESI-CIT Group from 2007 to December 2012, where also served as a Project Manager. Kurt's career began at ES International as a Project Engineer from December 2002 to January 2007. Academically, Kurt holds a Master's degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology from Vrije Universiteit Brussel and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven.
