Scarlett Spring currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of TapRoot Interventions & Solutions, a women-owned tech company specializing in AI-driven solutions for Alzheimer’s and dementia care. In addition, Scarlett holds board member positions at AVEO Oncology, a biopharmaceutical company focused on cancer treatment, and Republic Bank of Arizona, where duties include chairing the Asset & Liabilities Committee. As a Strategic Advisor for NeoLight, Scarlett contributes to the development of innovative healthcare solutions for newborns. Previously, Scarlett was the President and Chief Commercial Officer of VisionGate, where significant capital was raised for early cancer detection initiatives. Additional experience includes leadership roles at the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals, and AstraMerck. Scarlett holds an EMBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BBA from The University of Texas at Austin.
