Neil Connolly, MBA has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Neil is currently serving as the Customer Success Lead at Avenza Systems Inc. In their previous role as the Director of Client Success at Bright Immigration, they played a pivotal role in recruiting qualified international workers for Canadian companies. Before that, Neil worked as a consultant, teacher, and project manager. Neil also held positions at Canon Canada, where they created and delivered national sales and product training programs. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director in the healthcare division of Crelogix Acceptance Corporation. Neil has also worked as the Sales Director of Major Accounts at Securit and as the Regional Manager at Cascades Recovery Inc. Neil has experience in human resources as the Director at Credit Acceptance UK Ltd. Neil's early career includes roles as the Director of Operations at eSupplies.com and as the General Manager in British Columbia at Carpenter Canada Co.

Neil Connolly, MBA obtained their Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Strategic Management from the Schulich School of Business - York University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing and Finance from Lakehead University. Neil also holds a Six Sigma White Belt certification from the Management and Strategy Institute, obtained in 2017.
