Diego Leonardo is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical management, support, and system administration. Currently serving as the IT Manager at Avenues: The World School since June 2018, Diego collaborates with the Global Technology Team to address technical needs and oversees local technical support operations. Previous roles include IT Field Technician at Milestone Technologies, Inc. for Uber, and Computer Network and Systems Engineer at DUFLER PROMOÇÕES E PUBLICIDADE, where responsibilities spanned from user support to network administration. Diego's extensive experience also includes positions as an Apple System Administrator in various organizations, building a strong foundation in hardware and software solutions. Educational qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in System Analysis and Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in Network Management.
